The inspiration behind Air
“I clearly remember my first bottle of rosé—Domaine Tempier—oceanside at a small café in Cassis, France. I remember the cool breeze. The warm sun. Glorious seas. And a moment to reflect, listening to Toto’s Africa (don’t laugh, it was 1983) and realizing the continent was just across the sea. At the time I was attending the Université d'Avignon, and a new world of wine revealed itself to me. Gone were college days of ultra-chilled Blue Nun. Ahead were complex blends from some of the world’s greatest vineyards.” – Jeff Loomis
