“We looked to achieve a similar structure to Fire, but we strived to get under the skin of our fruit, as it were, to find something hidden deep within. Could we unlock an unforeseen combination of flavors and textures with a new blend of our Syrah and Grenache Noir? I think we did.” – Jeff Loomis
